Tanker 319 (2006)

   

In the spring of 2005, Company 3 established a committee to design a new tanker to replace our 1987 Mack / FMC. After meeting with many vendors throughout the summer months and going to visit other fire stations to see what options were available the decision was made to move on with the purchase of a KME Tanker. The new Tanker includes the following:

  • International 7600 Chassis

  • 410 HP Cummins Motor

  • Allison Automatic Transmission

  • KME square body with High Sides on the left hand side

  • 500gpm. Pump

  • 2,500 Gallon Fiberglass Tank

  • 3- 10” Newton Electric Dumps

  • Dual 4” Fireman’s Friend Tank Fills

  • 3 Tank Dumps

  • Back-up Camera

  • Zico Power Tank Rack w/ 2,500 Aluminum Frame Fold-a-Tank

  • 2-1 ½” Crosslays

  • 1-1 ½” Front Bumper Hoseline

  • Whelen LED Lighting

  • Federal Q

  • Powercall Siren
